Welcome to StarWon. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of StarWon’s website, products, services, and related experiences, including Under The Same Star. Throughout these Terms, “StarWon,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to StarWon and its associated products and services.

1. ABOUT STARWON AND UNDER THE SAME STAR

StarWon is a Georgia-based clothing and lifestyle brand offering apparel, accessories, games, creative products, and related experiences.

Under The Same Star is a conversation card game created under StarWon. References to StarWon throughout these Terms also include Under The Same Star where applicable.

2. ONLINE STORE TERMS

Under The Same Star is a conversation card game designed to encourage conversation, expression, and connection. The questions, scenarios, prompts, and other content included in the game are intended for entertainment and conversational purposes.

There is no required way to answer a card or participate in a conversation. Players are encouraged to participate at their own comfort level and may skip any question, stop playing, or create their own way of playing.

Under The Same Star is not intended to provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or other professional advice. Players are responsible for deciding what they are comfortable discussing and sharing with others.

StarWon is not responsible for personal disagreements, reactions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from conversations between players.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all content associated with StarWon and Under The Same Star is owned by or licensed to StarWon. This includes, without limitation, brand names, logos, artwork, graphics, photographs, videos, product designs, card designs, card questions and prompts, written content, packaging, website content, and other creative materials.

Our content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, modified, commercially exploited, or used to create substantially similar products without authorization from StarWon.

Purchasing a StarWon or Under The Same Star product gives you ownership of the physical product you purchased. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained within or associated with that product.

10. USER SUBMISSIONS

StarWon may occasionally allow customers or community members to submit questions, ideas, responses, reviews, photographs, videos, comments, or other content.

By voluntarily submitting content for consideration, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

If StarWon intends to reproduce or feature submitted creative content beyond ordinary website functionality, the applicable submission instructions, promotion rules, or request for permission may provide additional terms regarding its use.

Submitting something does not guarantee that it will be selected, featured, published, or incorporated into a StarWon or Under The Same Star product.
